In 2015, dancer Chelsea Andell recently returned to Trinidad and Tobago with two bronze medals from her participation in the World Championships of Performing Arts (WCPA) in Los Angeles, California, USA.

The 15-year-old continued to impress audiences and has recently brought home an award for best dancer at the 2017 Hollywood's Next Star talent competition. Hollywood's Next Star is dedicated to finding new and undiscovered talent who are commercially marketable. Andell's impressive performance has placed her on the radar of some of some of Hollywood's top talent agents like Silverhardt Entertainment, Envy Agency, Central Artist Talent Agency, MGMT Artist, Indasoul Entertainment and Dreamscope, which have all expressed interest in her unique abilities.

The future Hollywood star and Providence Girls' Form Four pupil, is determined to make Trinidad and Tobago proud. At age three, she began dancing for her mother's dancing academy, the Candice Clarke Academy of Dance. Andell is also following the footsteps of her elder brother, Christon Andell, who is currently studying on a talent scholarship in New York at the New York Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts where he is pursuing his degree in acting, film and theatre.
